A calmer sit-time routine
Just sit.
Sit time can be hard. Quiet Sit is a small, quiet routine for kids working through toilet-sitting. No pressure, no scores, no goals. Just something calm to sit with for a few minutes each day.

What the app does
You set a length: a minute, three minutes, five minutes. You hand the phone to your child. A calm, drifting scene fills the screen: a garden, a snow globe, a reef, a campfire. Every sit is a little different. Nothing loops, nothing repeats, nothing has to be finished. Kids can tap around, touch things and see what happens, or just watch. There’s nothing to score, nothing to solve. Just something gentle to be with for a few minutes.
When the time is up, the app tells you. That’s the whole thing.
What the app doesn’t do
- No stars, no badges, no streaks. Nothing to earn or lose.
- No levels, no unlocks, no puzzles. Tap and play, or just watch. Nothing is being tracked either way.
- No “right” outcome to reach. Trying counts. Sitting without an outcome counts.
- No progress charts to interpret, no reports to share, no advice being pushed.
- No pressure to be consistent every day. Some days you skip. That’s fine.
Who it’s for
Parents of children working through toilet routines, including families managing encopresis, families rebuilding a routine after a hard stretch, and families whose child just needs the day to feel less rushed for a few minutes.
You don’t need to explain the app to your child. You hand it over, they sit, the app guides the rest.
