Terms of Service

Welcome to Quiet Sit. These terms govern your use of the Quiet Sit mobile application and quietsit.com website (together, the “Service”). By using the Service, you agree to these terms.

Who provides the Service

The Service is operated by WholePath Technologies, LLC (“we,” “us,” “our”). Contact: support@quietsit.com.

Who can use the Service

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a contract in your jurisdiction. Quiet Sit is designed for parents and caregivers to use on behalf of children.

Your account

You can use core features of Quiet Sit without an account. If you create one, you’re responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for anything that happens under your account. Notify us at support@quietsit.com if you believe your account has been compromised.

Subscription and billing

Quiet Sit offers a paid subscription (“Quiet Sit Pro”) that unlocks additional features. Subscriptions are sold through the Apple App Store and the Google Play Store and are governed by their respective terms.

  • Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account.
  • Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
  • Manage or cancel subscriptions from your Apple ID or Google Play account settings. We do not process cancellations directly.
  • If offered, an introductory free trial converts to a paid subscription at the end of the trial unless canceled.

Refunds

Refund requests are handled by Apple and Google under their standard policies. We cannot issue direct refunds. Apple: reportaproblem.apple.com. Google: play.google.com/store/account/refund.

Not medical advice

Quiet Sit is a routine and reflection tool, not a medical device. The Service does not diagnose, treat, or cure any condition. If you have concerns about your child’s toilet habits, digestive health, or emotional wellbeing, consult a qualified healthcare provider.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or interfere with the Service
  • Use the Service for any illegal purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users’ accounts or data
  • Resell or redistribute the Service

Intellectual property

The Service, its content, and its underlying software are owned by WholePath Technologies, LLCand licensed to you for personal use. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from the Service without our written permission, except where expressly permitted by applicable law.

Termination

You can stop using the Service at any time. You can delete your account from the app’s Settings screen. We may suspend or terminate access if you materially violate these terms.

Warranty disclaimer

The Service is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, WholePath Technologies, LLC and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim under these terms will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, United States, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in King County, Washington.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we’ll update the “Last updated” date at the top and, for subscribed users, provide notice through the app or email.
